To use Mixer, you must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, we strictly prohibit the sharing of photos featuring unaccompanied or unclothed minors, even if the images depict your younger self. If you encounter any suspected minors or inappropriate content involving minors, please report the user promptly.

We prioritize your privacy and are committed to preserving the confidentiality of your personal information. Your data will not be shared or accessed without your permission. To ensure your security, please refrain from publicly sharing personal details or contact information such as phone numbers, emails, or social handles. Never disclose sensitive information like SSNs, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, debit and credit card numbers, bank account numbers, email passwords, or Mixer account credentials. Additionally, avoid requesting others to share their personal information. Exercise caution when sending money, and consider refraining from such transactions altogether.

Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, doxing, sextortion, blackmail, or any behavior intended to cause harm are strictly forbidden. Additionally, abuse based on national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or health condition is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, support for political, terrorist, or extremist groups, as well as any associated propaganda, is not allowed. If you come across any of the aforementioned behaviors, please promptly report the user.

Do not create fake accounts or pretend to be someone you are not. Violation of this rule may lead to a permanent account ban and, in severe instances, law enforcement involvement.

Using Mixer to promote products or services, facilitate buying or selling, or solicit money from other users is prohibited. This includes illegal or regulated items. Engaging in promotional activities such as sharing social handles to gain followers, fundraising, or campaigning is also against the rules. Mixer does not support sex work, escort services, or compensated relationships.

Any engagement in illegal content or activities, including the buying or selling of drugs or counterfeit goods, or seeking assistance in breaking the law, is strictly forbidden. Additionally, any involvement in harm to minors or human trafficking will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule results in a permanent account ban and will be promptly reported to law enforcement.

Nudity, pornographic, sexual, or suggestive content, as well as attempts to seek sexual encounters on public profiles, are strictly prohibited. Any form of sexual solicitations will result in an immediate ban. Private conversations are allowed only if all parties involved are comfortable with such discussions.

Any content that portrays, promotes, or glorifies violence - whether through graphic imagery, depictions or descriptions of violent acts against humans or animals, the showcasing of weapons, or any promotion of self-harm and suicide —is strictly prohibited. Instances that present a genuine real-life threat of violence will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities.

Mixer should not be misused, and activities such as spreading false or misleading information, spamming harmful links or unsolicited content, manipulating or deceiving others for financial gain, submitting misleading reports, using third-party systems to exploit features, or posting images or private messages without consent are strictly prohibited. Additionally, refrain from sharing copyrighted or trademarked work belonging to others.

We strongly encourage you to report any instances of harmful behavior, discomfort, or violations of our Community Guidelines. Your reports are treated with confidentiality and play a vital role in preventing harm and safeguarding our community.

You can submit a report using one of the following methods:

Note: If a user has made threats, engaged in violent acts, or committed theft, please reach out to your local law enforcement agency. Additionally, report the user using the methods outlined above, either from their profile page or within your private chat with them.

We prioritize the enforcement of our Community Guidelines and their impact on our community. We are committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure adherence. The right to investigate and, if deemed necessary, terminate accounts without refunds is reserved in cases of misuse or behavior that is considered inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of our Community Guidelines or User Agreement. This includes actions or communications that extend beyond the Service but involve individuals you have connected with through the Service.
