Maintain your conversations on Mixer while you are still in the process of getting to know someone. Individuals with malicious intentions often attempt to shift the conversation to text, messaging apps, email, or phone right away.
Block and report anyone who violates our terms. Here are a few examples of user violations:
You can report any concerns regarding suspicious behavior or offensive conduct from any profile page or private chat window. For additional information, please consult our Community Guidelines.
Always select a robust password and exercise caution when logging into your account from a public or shared computer. Strong passwords should be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Mixer will never send you an email requesting your username and password information. If you receive an email seeking account information, report it immediately.
For your initial encounters, select crowded, public venues. If your date pressures you to go to a private place like his/her residence, terminate the date.
